The GROUND-WATER BANKING PROJECT is an exploratory project designed to discover issues that water managers will have to consider in creating a ground-water banking system.

We hope to identify issues, seek input, explore options, and share findings. This will include exploration of ground-water banking in other western states.

We won't be building or proposing a particular ground-water banking system.
