Registration

University of Idaho – Idaho Falls students register on a web-based system shared by UIIF and Idaho State University.  As an admitted UI student, you may register for any UI or ISU class as long as you have met any prerequisites for the class.  Graduate course enrollment at ISU is limited to students admitted to an ISU or UI graduate program.  Classes fill quickly so early registration is encouraged. 

Changes to your registration such as drops and adds can also be done on the web.  Deadlines for changes vary by university.  Check the academic calendar frequently.

Transcripts

The official record of your UI classes is on your UI transcript and the official record of your ISU classes will be on an ISU transcript.  In addition, all UIIF classes will be recorded as transfer credit on the ISU transcript. 

The Idaho Falls Student Services Office assists degree seeking UI students with the transfer of ISU credits to the UI record by sending an ISU transcript at the end of each semester for each degree seeking student.  While every effort is made to ensure that each student is given the complete transfer credit he or she has earned each semester, it is the responsibility of the student to regularly meet with an advisor and to view his or her own transcript at least once a semester for accuracy.
