Scholarships UIIF students can use their scholarship dollars to pay for ISU/UI fees. The UI financial aid office in Moscow reviews student eligibility for scholarships and sends the awards for Idaho Falls students to ISU for disbursement through TranPay. Scholarship funds are usually available on TranPay about a week after the start of the semester. If you have a UI scholarship and are an Idaho Falls student, you must be in a major offered entirely at UIIF, be a full-time student, and be in at least 6 UI credits in the semester that you receive the funds. Fee Payment/Refunds Your fees at University Place are based on the total credits that you are taking from UI and ISU. There is no need to pay each school, rather the fees are combined. Idaho State Board of Education policy requires that all students who pay full-time fees either show proof of health insurance coverage or buy the university’s coverage. Refunds are calulated on the ISU Fee Schedule. If you drop a class you must apply for the refund at Student Services. Need Help? Student
