Instructions for unzipping the Transfer Tool:

Download the file Etran3.1.zzz from the IWRRI web site.
Save the file in the directory of your choice.

(Note that the directory pathname cannot contain spaces;
"My Documents/TransferTool" would be invalid.  Please see
the User's Guide.)

Change the file extension from "zzz" to "zip"

Use compression software to unzip the files.
