The Ground Water Banking Project will consider technical tools to quantify how, where and when the benefits of recharge or mitigation will appear in the physical system. We will address tools to answer the question of the "leaky vault" (water stored in the aquifer doesn"t stay put, but finds its way to springs and rivers). We will look at:
