The Ground Water Banking Project will look at current and potential impacts of water banking on national concerns:

• National Environmental Policy Act
• Endangered Species Act
• Clean Water Act
• Native American water rights
• Interstate Commerce

The project will also look at how national policy will impact the design and operation of water-banking systems.
